Welcome to the home page of the mulit award winning Yankee Tattoo. We are situated one mile from Dundee's City centre at 70 Albert Street. We specialise in designing the finest tattoo's, from Black and Gray Designs to Full colour Portraits.

We will not do any football logo's

We now do a selection if above-the-waist piercings too!

We are are looking to expand our Collective in the Yankee studio, and are looking to take on at least one more experienced tattoo artist. You must be able to do everything from freehand to portraits and have the portfolio to back it up! If you think you could be the lucky boy or girl for the job get in touch or drop by the studio.

Yankee Tattoo - Health and Safety

Using the most modern techniques and technology, we guarantee the highest standard in health and safety at all times. We only use one-use needles to produce your tattoo, and instruct you on the correct procedure to maintain your new design until fully healed, ensuring your tattoo will stay with you till the end of your days.

Making an Appointment

We're open Mon - Sat from 10am till anytime between 5pm and 6pm, and between 12pm and 4pm on Sundays. Everybody needs to make an appointment and pay a deposit. The deposit is usually £50, but can be more for larger pieces. If you're getting a tattoo for the first time from the studio, you'll need to bring photographic proof of age, which we'll take a photocopy of and keep together with your consent form. The documentation doesn't have to be valid, i.e. passport or drivers licence , but it does have to have a good likeness of you on it.

Remember, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 OR IT'S ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO GET TATTOOED. Parental consent is only valid for the piercing of a minor (under 18's)between 14 and 18.

You also WON'T be able to get tattooed if you're pregnant. So plan ahead!!
